And We’re Off: Got This! Prep Begins

Pre-production for the comedic short, Got This!, has officially begun!

The production staff met for the first time this past Sunday. The group members traveled from three different states and included Saturday Afternoon veterans and some new faces as well. The discussion topics ranged from the tone and style of the film to each person’s goals for the production. Without a doubt, everyone is excited for this collaboration.

The crew currently includes:

  • Ethan Cadoff – Co-writer, Co-producer

Behind the Screen at the Michener Art Museum

Mark your calendars! On Sunday, March 8, Saturday Afternoon Pictures will present a script reading and filmmaking workshop to launch Behind the Screen at the Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, PA.

The workshop will feature a live reading of the script for the upcoming short film project, Got This!, followed by a discussion of some fundamental elements of filmmaking. Topics will include directing, cinematography, and editing. The event will be a great way for community members to find out how to get involved in the project spanning March through May.

Behind the Screen is offered in cooperation with the Michener Art Museum and the County Theater. It is open to the public with discount tickets available for students as well as Michener and County Theater members. Saturday Afternoon Pictures is very excited to be working with both of these wonderful organizations.

Tickets: $10 for Michener or County Theater members or students with valid ID; $20 non-members
